• 05/02/03 Tania Tyler and Lynn Bromley Guthrie warned about FBI

  • I tell Tania Tyler and Lynn Bromley Guthrie that I am about to file an FBI complaint regarding Dave's situation. Both want the MyKindredSpirit website url.  Lynn also gives me her email address.

  • 05/03/03 - DANGEROUSLY STUPID PEOPLE [ modified ]

• 05/04/03 call received from Stonington Police

  • Harassment call received from Stonington Police, based on Tania Tyler's claim that I "threatened" her

    • 05/03/03 SPD#2003-05958

    • This is in reference to what I told her during the St. Patty's Day incident, i.e., when, as she is struggling to help drag Dave , down Main Street, Mystic, toward the Stonington side, after he had suddenly become unconscious while arguing with Tania Tyler, I  warned Tyler that an FBI complaint is going to be filed if they don't release Dave soon.

  • Case#62-1-14540, the same as that of the telephone inquiry of 09/06/02  (Note: same case # as See Note regarding FBI case numbers.)

  • 05/13/03 - Just when it was thought that they couldn't possibly get any sleazier . .

    • 05/04/03 Peckam, Badge #16, speaks to Tyler when she contact SPD second day in a row

    • 05/04/03 Tyler reports unwanted email that was (MKS) web site

    • 05/04/03 Tyler expressed concern regarding the state of mind of Labrecque

    • 05/04/03 Tyler advised this officer that she has experienced problems with LaBrecque in the past while at local drinking establishments to include Forty-one degrees North

    • 05/04/03 Tyler explained that she wants no further contact with Labrecque and wanted this incident documented

    • 05/04/03 content of Peckam's call

    • 05/04/03 Labrecque told Peckam that this department had no right to contact her and she the hung up the phone

    • 05/04/03 Peckam advised Tyler that if any further contact occurred that she should report this to the Stonington Police

    • 05/09/03 Tyler comes into 41 the night the EMT incident is later reported to me

• 05/13/03 Waterford Police conduct a "welfare check" on me on request of SPD
  
  • According to the Waterford Police officers who visited my house 05/13/03, the "welfare check" was due to Tania Tyler claiming that she'd received an email from me saying that I was contemplating suicide
    
    
• 05/13/03 Dave comes into where I am that night
  
  • This is at 41 Degrees North
    
  • It is the first time I am seeing Dave since the EMT Incident was reported to me on 05/10/03.  Dave seems as relieved to see me as I am to see him, and I later wonder what he had been told of what may have happened to me, along the lines of the "suicide" email
    
    
    
• 05/13/03 I'm banned from 41 Degrees North
  
  • While Dave is still there, at 41 Degrees North, I am called aside by one of the managers of the establishment and told that I am no longer permitted to come into there, which is where Dave and I had been able to see each other so frequently over the last few months.  I am told that it wasn't his decision, but rather someone who manages the establishment during the times that I'm not there.  I am told that "Tania Tyler's name had been mentioned."
    
  • 05/14/03 - Is this yet another boulder being thrown at efforts?
    
    
    
• 05/13/03 still as of now, October 2005, that was the last time I ever saw Dave as "Dave" or in public
  
  
• 05/17/03 Four days later, on Dave and my first anniversary of the pact that we made together on 05/17/02, something similar happens at another establishment I'd been frequenting for about 20 years.  This time I'm told the reason clearly: Tania Tyler is claiming to have a restraining order against me that states that I am not permitted in any establishment that she may happen to enter
