at the base of his driveway, across the street from my
house

it may be thought that I may have precipitated
this by being out of my house and knocking on a
neighbors door, the very loud car of which I'd
recently heard return there, at 1 a.m., there are
many reasons to believe that, in doing so, I may
have foiled plans for me to be taken from my
house, which would leave me in even a more
vulnerable position by making it more difficult to
defend false claims that may be made against me,
because it would make the actual incident less
likely to have been witnessed by others

submits a written statement to L&M, that was
used as justification for my illegal detainment and
which, in the probably cause hearing 8 days later, both first hand witnesses,
Vanboorhies
and Willard,
admitted was false:
"MS.
LABRECQUE WAS FOUND WALKING THROUGH NEIGHBORS BACKYARD
WITH FLASHLIGHT STATING SHE WAS SEARCHING FOR ABDUCTED
PEOPLE. MS LABRECQUE FEELS THAT THERE ARE ORGANIZATIONS
THAT ARE ABDUCTING PEOPLE AND TAKING THEM TO UNKNOWN
PLACES WHERE THEY CONDUCT MEDICAL EXPERIMENTS ON THEM!
THESE ABDUCTED PEOPLE ARE THEN HELD IN SLAVERY AT
UNKNOWN LOCATIONS. Ms. LABRECQUE USES THE INTERNET AND
SENDS E-MAILS TO LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES ABOUT
THESE ABDUCTIONS."

permitted the walks in the courtyard allowed for other
"patients" and must eat my meals with others being
"closely monitored," rather than being able to sit in
another room with other "patients" and where the
interactions are more social

knocked on a neighbor's door that time of night."

criteria, of which I later learned on 10/08/04 upon receipt of
requested medical records, I could have remained detained
indefinitely.
