• 09/13/04 whirligig

  • a message was received relating to "whirligig and some other things that, in searching the lyrics website I often used to find lyrics of songs I may wish to sing at karaoke, led to a "song" entitled, "You're Such a Wire" by Frank Black and The Catholics.  Under "Submitted by" is "Wrath of Bob."  Repeated in it is something Heively often asked me, "Why do you hate me?"

  • It may also include reference to a song I often sang at karaoke, "Over the Rainbow."
    
    

• 09/15/04 Obituary appears of the 09/13/04 death

  • It was only when I did a computer enlargement of the scanned photo that appeared in the obituary, and then also was able to decipher messages I'd received recently, that I was able to accept that fact that, yes, that was definitely the same person

  • Received just as court case suddenly was re-activated, within an hour after national election results were announced

  • Message was spread to do a search for "ERDA." The page summary that appeared on the googles search page on 11/11/04 read "Erda, Be Good."

  • As the kittyspit.dairlyland.com website is loading, images appear of a series of three cartoon strips  in the upper right corner of the page that relay a very clear threat to the community.  The second strip depicts a man being sexually assaulted in front of his friends, who are now appearing behind bars or in a cage.  The man being sexually assaulted is very clearly supposed to be my fiancé, Dave, right down to his red hair and long thin frame.

  • Word of this threat was immediately reported to federal authorities.

  • By 11/29/04, another message was spread to do a similar search for "erdult."  It led to the same website but the page summary that appeared on the googles search page had changed to read " "Erda Is An Erdult. ::mode – disorientated 
    and disgustingly sleepy:: ..."

  • These messages may also be in response to two recent emails I sent to the community, 11/04/04 - regarding my court trial [only slightly modified] v.2 [modified] and 11/27/04 - A CT'zn* in Yankee - duh - quirk?.
