RE: Acct/Patient Control # V008193006 SP1, dtd 08/26/02 for $512.00

As relayed in my telephone conversation with Pauline [wrong name] earlier today, the above bill is for services ordered by the Stonington Connecticut Police Department and is their responsibility. Also, I am not permitted to contact them so you will need to do so.

These services resulted from a meeting I arranged with Captain Desmond, Stonington Police, earlier that day, August 26. Lt. Stewart, who requested the services to which this bill pertains, also sat in on the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to urge them to investigate a possible situation of a serious and dangerous nature, the situation relayed on this request, that I had called 911regarding on 8/16, which led to my arrest. It was also to ask that they somehow remove the four resulting charges made against me, because they were made by and/or witnessed by the four people I had called the police to investigate after two of them charged at me.

As a result of my request, the Stonington Police asked if I would voluntarily submit to the services on this bill, explaining that the request would be made to the hospital as an order from them, i.e., their responsibility. I agreed to submit to the services if that was what would convince them to finally take my request seriously and investigate the situation.

Please let me know when these charges have been removed. Feel free to contact me either via email at marianne-lbrqu@worldnet.att.net or phone at 303-1999.
